PAIR Finance presents its new corporate design

Berlin, 27. September 2019 – Leading AI-based debt collection and receivables management company PAIR Finance presents its new corporate design. Its position is based on its motto: “Rethinking debt collection.” The comprehensive new corporate design aims to reflect changes and further development within the company and secure the market leadership in digital claims management in Germany on a long-term basis.

Technology, data science and psychology form the heart of what the company does. These central concepts are highlighted by the new corporate design. The use of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) is in the very early stages at most German companies. PAIR Finance is already using AI to increase productivity, optimize processes and improve customer-orientation to the benefit of its clients. The integration of AI and the data-driven approach is now reflected in the corporate Identity.

“We want to change the debt collection market for good and have worked on developing an identity which embodies the rapid development of our company, which is still young, into one of the leading technology companies in the debt collection market,” explains Stephan Stricker, Founder and CEO of PAIR Finance. He adds that the corporate design represents the framework for company communications. “It is not just about improving our image with a modern corporate design, it is more to do with our position as an innovation leader: we are making claims management digital, efficient and consumer-oriented on behalf of our clients.

The new online look harmonises the requirements of the different stakeholders. The website has a clearly designed landing page to address both clients and defaulting customers. The corporate customers are given extensive information on the technology, the services and the industries. Consumers can find useful tools and apps to control and optimise their personal finances, plus contact information for people nearby who can advise on their debt.

As well as the logo, the fonts, colour pallet and wording were all reworked for the new corporate design. The new design looks high-tech and innovative whilst at the same time radiating seriousness and customer-friendliness.
