Together, the companies want to use artificial intelligence, machine learning and behavioral science to enable consumers in Germany to manage their money better.

Berlin-based digital debt collection specialist Pair Finance has a new majority shareholder. For around 60 million euros, the English private equity firm Pollen Street Capital is taking over the fintech company. With the new investor, Pair Finance wants to push the internationalization of its business.
