Berlin, August 02, 2022 – PAIR Finance, the leading AI-based fintech for debt collection in Germany and Austria announced today that Dr. Susanne Wruck has joined PAIR Finance as Chief Operating Officer. Effective August 1, 2022, she will take over the role from Fabian Platzen, who will now focus on his role as Chief Financial Officer. Dr. Susanne Wruck joins PAIR Finance after a decade in e-commerce at Flaconi and Bringmeister. At Flaconi, she was most recently responsible for fulfillment, delivery, and customer care.

Dr. Susanne Wruck began her career at the food delivery service Bringmeister, then a subsidiary of German supermarket group Edeka. There, she built up the in-house delivery and later took over the management of the Berlin location for its Delivery division. The mathematics graduate then moved to the online retailer Flaconi, where she was most recently Senior Vice President Customer Fulfillment.

For Flaconi, she developed a state-of-the-art logistics concept for the new Halle (Saale) site (located in Eastern Germany) and managed the construction of the 28,000-square-meter fulfillment center, which has been in operation since April 2021. After studying mathematics, Dr. Susanne Wruck did a PhD in business administration on optimized fulfillment processes in e-commerce at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

PAIR Finance currently has 180 employees and is the leader in AI technology solutions and personalized customer experience in the collections space. Since 2021, the fintech is also present on the Austrian market. The company received an MPE Award in July 2022 for its use of data analytics and artificial intelligence. Previously, PAIR Finance received awards as best merchant payment initiative (MPE Award 2021) and for its business idea (Red Herring Award 2021), among others.
