NZZ: So funktioniert Inkasso mit Herz

Berlin-based digital debt collection specialist Pair Finance has a new majority shareholder. For around 60 million euros, the English private equity firm Pollen Street Capital is taking over the fintech company. With the new investor, Pair Finance wants to push the internationalization of its business.

Fintech PAIR Finance, which specializes in AI-based debt collection and receivables management, is strengthening its legal department. As of July 1, Daniela Gaub will take over the newly created position of "Senior Legal Counsel." The fully qualified lawyer was previously head of the legal department at Bundesverband Deutscher Inkasso-Unternehmen e.V. (BDIU). At PAIR Finance, she will be responsible for the areas of debt collection and data protection law.

Collection fintech Pair Finance has recruited Susanne Wruck as its new COO. From August 1, 2022, she will take over the role from Fabian Platzen, who will now focus on his role as Chief Financial Officer. Wruck most recently spent a decade in e-commerce at Flaconi and Bringmeister. At Flaconi, she was primarily responsible for fulfillment, delivery and customer care.
