Those born from 1993 onwards talk more openly about debts and the topic of debt collection than the generations before, a recent survey shows. When communicating about forgotten or overlooked bills, they prefer an email and pay them most often via Paypal.

Almost half of young adults have already failed to pay a bill. Almost a quarter have already been contacted by a debt collection agency.
