Dispute settlement
The European Commission has set up a European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR platform) at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The ODR platform can be used for the out-of-court settlement of a dispute arising from online contracts with a a company based in the EU.
Note in accordance with section 36 Consumer Dispute Settlement Act: PAIR Finance GmbH will not take part in dispute resolution proceedings. There is no statutory obligation to do so.

As a service-provider, we are responsible under general legislation for our own content on these pages in accordance with section 7, para. 1 TMG. However, in accordance with sections 8 to 10 TMG, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor external information which is transferred or stored, nor must we research circumstances which could indicate illegal activities.
This does not affect obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with the general legislation.
